Being a teacher is not an easy job, a lot of effort,
patience, dedication, commitment and responsibility to educate, train and guide
are needed, and to achieve this, in addition to the help of teachers needs of
parents and help them students. The classroom is not the only physical space
that allows the teacher to pour into the soul and mind of children and youth,
knowledge, teachings and values.
The work of the teacher encourages the development of
skills, abilities and aptitudes of the learner that affect the formation of the
Ecuadorian citizen. The teacher is also forming consciences, it is social
promoter, is an actor who invites his example self-improvement and solidarity.
Fighting ignorance and brings elements that diminish the educational
backwardness of our country.
